Save changes and download pdf chrome

I would save a pdf from Chrome and it would save it with bltadwin.ru extension and look like it was a pdf but when attempting to open the file, Adobe program would state the file was in the incorrect format or the file was corrupt.  · Click the Save icon to save the PDF from Chrome. To save (download) the PDF, click the icon, located near the bottom of the browser window. If you do not see the save icon, move your mouse towards the bottom of the browser window, and a black bar should appear, where the save icon is located.
