Nvidia geforce experience cant download driver

When I click on search for updates it tells me my driver is up-to-date which is a blatant lie because the most recent driver is. Aight, so, i have Nvidia Geforce m, and i tried to install version of the driver, it never pass the system check. is said "This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows. This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware." tried to follow some tutorial in this forum but nothing changes. Hello, here is a video of the issue, since it has no audio I will explain it here, but TLDR I am stuck with very old drivers, bltadwin.ru which are downloaded via windows update, and I can not update via GeForce Experience or by downloading the drivers on nvidia's website. Also, with these drivers I am unable to even play using the m of the laptop.
