Ark workshop downloading but no mods subscribed

There are a lot of ARK mods and this browser allows you to filter, select a category, search for a mod just like the Steam workshop itself or simply pick the most popular over a period of time. Taking the extra step to upload bltadwin.ru files to their respective folders saved the day! It should be pointed out that when you download mods from the Steam Workshop they are separated from bltadwin.ru files but both are located in the Mods folder. bltadwin.ru files are described as "Movie Clip"s on my Windows 7 machine. After subscribing to Workshop items in Steam, the items appear in-game under Steam Workshop, but not under Mods. Therefore, I have no access to the on/off switch for the items and I am fairly certain that they have not been downloaded.
